Most office managers in Singapore source flowers from one florist, lobby orchids from another, and desk
plants from a third landscaping company. Three contracts, three invoices, three delivery windows, three
points of contact when something dies on a Friday afternoon. We replace all three. One subscription,
one named florist who actually visits your space, one GST tax invoice at the end of the month.
If you’ve ever had to explain to your CFO why office plants live in a different cost code from reception
flowers, this page is for you
What's Included In An Office Subscription
We build each office programme around what your space actually needs, not a fixed package. Most
clients combine two or three of the following:
– A weekly or fortnightly arranged vase for the reception counter, refreshed by the same florist who knows your colour scheme and brand palette
– A monthly phalaenopsis orchid rotation for lobby tables, executive offices, or meeting rooms — each plant blooms for six to eight weeks before we swap it out
– A quarterly desk plant refresh for individual workstations, with replacements at no extra cost if anything struggles in your aircon environment
– Loose stalk deliveries for in-house arrangement if you have a designer or admin team who enjoys styling the space themselves
– One-off event florals for client visits, town halls, product launches, or office openings, billed as add-ons to your monthly invoice
You pick the mix at the start. We adjust it as your office grows or your headcount changes
How The Onboarding Works
1. You provide us with the brief. This includes floor plans and photos of the spaces, your design preferences, your timeline and building access details. Five-minute process via WhatsApp or email.
2. We provide you with a customized quotation in less than 24 hours. Listed out by product type so that your finance team is able to fit this into budget codes.
3. First delivery will be made in the next seven days after the agreement is made. The designated florist will first visit, place everything, take pictures and record your preferences for future deliveries.
4. Flexibility. Modify at any time, including pausing, increasing quantities for meetings with clients, changing the color theme of the arrangements seasonally, adjusting your timeline. Just WhatsApp the account lead and it is done.

Why Offices Switch To US From Their Existing Florist
We aren’t competing against weekend bouquet sellers. We’re competing against the hassle of managing
multiple vendors. Here’s what happens when you consolidate your vendors:
One florist, not a rotating cast
One florist will manage your account consistently. He/she will know that your CEO dislikes pink, that you
can only accommodate 30cm vases at the reception, and that your office needs pre-notification for flower deliveries past office hours. Most subscription florists use freelance floral designers on a weekly rotation. Not us.
Replacement promise, no questions
Within 48 hours, notify us if the order isn’t satisfactory. We’ll replace it. No pictures, no fuss about returning the flowers, and no opening a case ticket. That’s the whole purpose of consolidating vendors in the first place.
One invoice, finance-friendly
Each month, you’ll have one consolidated invoice covering all product lines. You can book your expenses on one cost code. No need to reconcile three invoices with three separate delivery dockets.
Built for Singapore office conditions
We don’t offer varieties that won’t survive the air conditioning in your office. Our orchids are chosen for their tolerance to lower light – phalaenopsis varieties can thrive with less light than most other flowering plants in CBD offices. Our desk plants have been rigorously tested for a minimum of six months under similar ventilation conditions with central air conditioning.
Pricing- What Offices Typically Spend
Most office flower programmes in Singapore can be divided into three tiers. Feel free to use them as a baseline and adjust according to your specific requirements and visibility concerns.
Small office (less than 30 people, single reception desk)
Once a week or fortnightly reception programme, supplemented with one stem of Phalaenopsis orchid on reception desk. Average cost of such an arrangement is from $150 per week.
Medium-sized office (30-100 employees, reception and conference rooms)
Weekly reception desk programme, rotating one stem of orchid once a month among two to three reception tables, and quarterly desk plants scheme for upper-level management. Average cost for such an arrangement is from $300 per month.
Large office (more than 100 employees)
Custom plan covering all four product categories, usually including twice-monthly visits to the site and dedicated account manager for the service. Prices quoted on-site.
All arrangements include complimentary delivery around Singapore, no-cost replacements, and flexibility to cancel or extend services with one month’s notice.

Common Questions From Office Managers
Can we get a invoice for accounting?
Yes. Every office subscription includes a monthly invoice with itemised line items, suitable for direct booking against your operating expenses.
Do you handle multi-location offices?
Yes. We coordinate deliveries across multiple Singapore offices on a single subscription, with
consolidated invoicing. For clients with offices in three or more locations, we assign a dedicated account lead.
Can we pause during the holiday shutdown?
Yes. Most clients pause for the week between Christmas and New Year, and the four-day Chinese New Year shutdown. No charge during paused periods.
What happens if a flower or plant looks bad?
Tell us within 48 hours. We replace it on the next working day at no charge, no documentation needed.
Do you do one-off event florals on top of the subscription?
Yes. Town halls, client visits, product launches, office anniversaries — we handle these as add-ons and bill them on the same monthly invoice. Subscription clients get priority scheduling and event pricing.
What’s the minimum commitment?
One month. After that, you can cancel with two weeks’ notice. We don’t believe in lock-in contracts for a service that depends on you being happy with the result.
